The Pinawa Foundation had a busy successful fall.
Partnerships
- Whiteshell Cross-Country Ski Club –Snowmobile Replacement Campaign 2014 to replace aging snowmobiles for trail grooming and track setting
- FWG Multipurpose Facility Campaign continues to run through to December. Funds generated year to date for 2014 are $4700.
- Starting October 1 the Pinawa Christmas Hamper Campaign begins. Donations may be made to the Pinawa Foundation and tax receipts will be issued for amounts over $25. Please remember to include a note that the donation is to be used for the “Pinawa Christmas Hamper Campaign 2014”
Named Funds
- Pinawa Public Library Endowment Fund was established in July 2014. It is our first community organization named fund. The Board is happy to welcome them to our group of endowment funds which include an Education Fund (scholarships), Health Fund, Senior Fund, the R.T. Draybk Fund and the General Fund (all purpose).
