Chairman Chris Saunders of The Pinawa Foundation is excited to announce that the Pinawa Public Library has opened the first community organization named fund with the Foundation. It will be called the Pinawa Public Library Endowment Fund and anyone wishing to contribute to this fund may do so at any time.
The Pinawa Public Library Board of Directors voted June 19, 2014 to establish a named endowment fund with the Pinawa Foundation. The Library Board is planning for the future and with this fund they will be able to build upon their fund raising efforts to establish a rainy day fund that generates income for any unforeseen expenses that may occur. The Foundation is proud to support the worthwhile efforts of the Library Board and their work for the community.
