Chris Saunders, Carol Findlay and Alf Wikjord attended the Endow Manitoba Community Foundation Conference from October 27 to 29th in Winnipeg. The conference was an opportunity for Foundations across Manitoba to get together to discuss their plans going forward.
Highlights of over the three days included the Friday reception at the new Western Canadian Aviation Museum, a wonderful talk by Olympic Champion Jill Officer, and the various sessions that gave everyone an opportunity to discuss issues impacting our foundations. Carol and Chris hosted on of these sessions entitled “Stronger Together: Using Partnerships and Collaborations to Enhance Your Work”. Chris was also named to the Provincial Advisory Board for Endow Manitoba. Congratulation.
