Sunova Credit Union was the scene of a transfer of funds from the Bus Volunteers to the Pinawa Foundation in November. The Bus Volunteers worked diligently from April 2008 until June 2012 to provide bus services to our community. It is a true example of one door closing so another door can open. Their community service efforts ended in June but they were in agreement that the money they accumulated over the four years should stay in the community for the community. Their choice was the Pinawa Foundation and the money was happily accepted by the Foundation to be added to our growing endowment fund. It will continue to grow to provide assistance for future community projects.
